What is TerraRoads™?
TerraRoads™ is a concentrated liquid blend of naturally derived enzymes that catalyze a permanent ionic bond between soil particles. When diluted and applied to road base or subgrade material, the enzymes accelerate the natural compaction process, expelling water and binding fine particles into a dense, stable matrix.
The result is a road surface that resists moisture infiltration, reduces dust, and carries heavier loads — with a service life up to four times longer than untreated roads. Because TerraRoads™ is biodegradable and non-toxic, it meets environmental compliance requirements in jurisdictions worldwide.

How TerraRoads™ works

Dilute
TerraRoads™ concentrate is applied at 1 litre of product per 15 m³ of material. No specialist mixing equipment is required.

Apply
The diluted solution is applied to the road base or subgrade using standard water tankers. The treated material is then graded to the required profile.

Compact
Standard compaction equipment achieves optimum density with less water than untreated material. The enzyme reaction begins immediately on contact with soil particles.

Cure
The ionic bonding process completes as the road dries and traffic loads are applied. The stabilized layer continues to strengthen over the first weeks of service.
